Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with sizi9. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse. If we detect multiple accounts registered under the same name, address, IP address, payment method, or device, all related accounts will be immediately suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided. Only the original account may be reinstated at our sole discretion.

All funds deposited into your account must originate from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from someone else's bank account, e-wallet, or payment method) are not permitted. sizi9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm the source of funds and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Accounts found to be using third-party payment methods may be suspended pending investigation.
sizi9 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to your bank's daily transfer limits. Deposits typically reflect in your account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB).

Upon termination, your access to all sizi9 services will be revoked immediately. Any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited activity) will be refunded to your verified payment method after deducting any outstanding fees or charges. However, if your account is terminated for fraud, bonus abuse, or other serious violations, sizi9 reserves the right to forfeit all funds and winnings in your account.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to completed KYC verification and any pending wagering requirements). If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to formal arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to arbitration, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall prevent sizi9 from seeking injunctive relief in court to prevent immediate harm or protect intellectual property rights.
